will also apply on shipments destined to the inland U.S.
points named in the Inland Rate Table below, SBJ to the
charges named in such Inland Rate Table, which charge shall
be in addition to all other applicable rates and charges.
Inland Charges named in this Rule do NOT apply when
specific applicable rates are published in this Tariff to
apply directly to the inland points named below.
EXCEPTION to Rule 2.2: the W/M charges named in the Inland
Table below apply per cbm or 800 pounds, whichever produces
the greater revenue.
