REFERENCE IS MADE HERETO BY RULE NO.)
When specific reference is made to this Rule, the rates and
charges named in the Rate Item referencing this Rule will
also apply on shipments originating at the inland points
named below, when moving via the U.S. Ports specified, SBJ
to the additional charges named in the Inland Rate Table
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable rates and charges.
NOTES:
1. SBJ to Rule 1.5: Carrier will provide pre-carriage
services from the points listed below ONLY when
equipment, container and/or chassis is available.
2: Effective July 1, 2002 All charges named in the Inland
Rate Table listed herein applying on shipments
destined to ports and points in Austria, Belgium, the
Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,
Ireland, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands,
Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and the
United Kingdom, will be SBJ to a 10% (ten percent)
Fuel Surcharge.
