When specific reference is made to this Rule, the rates and charges
named on the Web Rate Page Item (TLI) referencing this Rule will also
apply on shipments destined to the U.S. Points named below, when moving
via Carrier's CFS in the Port or Point referenced, SBJ to the additional
charge named in the DESTINATION RATE TABLE shown below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable rates and charges.
