When specific reference is made to this Rule, the rates and
charges named in the Rate Item referencing this Rule will
apply on shipments destined to the Chinese Ports & Points
named below, when moving via the port specified if one is
indicated, SBJ to the additional charges named in the
the Arbitrary Charge Table below, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable rates and charges.
