Except as otherwise provided on an individual Web Rate Page (TLI) in
this Tariff, all shipments moving on the Rates and Charges named in this
Tariff FROM/TO/THRU any United States Port or Point TO/FROM/THRU Ports
in the British Virgin Islands transported by the underlying Vessel
Operator(s) (VOCC) named below, may be SBJ to a CONTAINER PORT USAGE
CHARGE (CPUC) as provided in, and SBJ to, the provisions of such VOCC's
Federal Maritime Commission regulated Tariff.
  
a. ON LCL Shipments: Zeus will assess the CPUC named below on all LCL
   Shipments tendered to Carrier for consolidation into a Carrier
   consolidation Container moving via the Carrier specified, which charge
   shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.

b. ON FCL, Break Bulk or Vehicles Not moving in a Container
   Except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Tariff, Zeus
   Caribbean Xpress will forward any CPUC Charge assessed by the VOCC(s)
   named below for payment to the party paying freight and charges without
   discount, markup or amendment, and which charge shall be in addition to
   all other other applicable charges.
