Due to the nature of reduced volumes in the Zeus Caribbean' service region,
and the need for an operationally viable ocean service to those markets,
underlying liner operators are assessing Zeus a surcharge to offset
their expenses associated with maintaining a service level of operations
consistent with regular liner shipping frequency to meet the needs of the
market.  Therefore all shipments, moving on the Rates SBJ to this Rule From,
To or Thru Ports and Points in the United States To, From or Thru the Ports
and Points named below, are SBJ to the OPERATIONAL SERVICE VIABILITY 
SURCHARGE (OSVS) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
     
FROM/TO/THRU:  Ports and Points in the United States:
TO/THRU/FROM:  Ports and Points in/on Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, 
                Barbados, Bonaire, the British Virgin Islands, Cayman 
                Islands, Curacao,  Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada,
                Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, Saba, St.
                Barths (Barthelemey), St. Eustatius, St. Kitts & Nevis, St.
                Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Suriname,
                Trinidad & Tobago, Turk and Caicos Islands and the U.S.
                Virgin Islands 
   
  a. OSVS on LCL, AQ or LS Shipments will be:
           USD 0.09 per cft or USD 0.18 per 100 lbs.,
             whichever produces the greater revenue.

  b. OSVS on FCL Containers will be:
          USD   75.00 PC20, RE20 or 20ft. Special Equipment
          USD  150.00 PC40, RE40 or 40ft. Special Equipment
          USD  150.00 PC40B or RE40
          USD  169.00 Containers or Special Equipment longer than 40 ft.
   
  c. OSVS on Break Bulk Cargo will be:  USD 3.60 W/M, as freighted
