Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving TO/FROM/THRU the Ports named below FROM/TO/THRU
any Port in the United States are SBJ to the TERMINAL HANDLING
CHARGES (THC) specified herein, which charge shall be in addition to
all other other applicable charges.
