Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the rates published in this Tariff BETWEEN Ports
and Points in the United States, on the one hand, AND on the other,
the Ports and Points named below will be SBJ to the GENERAL RATE
INCREASE (GRI) provided below, which charge shall be in addition to
all other applicable charges.
   
a. BETWEEN: Ports and Points in the United States 
       AND: Ports and Points in the Anguilla; Antigua; Barbados;
             Tortola & Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands; Dominica;
             Grenada; Guyana; Montserrat; Saba; St. Barths; St.
