Consignee's Premises at a Port or Point of Destination, VIA 
Local Direct Ocean or Through Service, or Joint 
Motor/Ocean, Rail/Ocean or Motor/Rail/Ocean Service, 
SBJ to the terms, provisions and limitations named in 
the SubRules to this Rule provided in this Tariff.
