Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), when
Carrier is requested or required to pick up LCL cargo at the Origin
Points named in this Rule, which are to be loaded into a Container at
the specified Carrier's nominated CFS, Carrier will assess the inland
Trucking rate specified in the Pre-Carriage Rate Table herein, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
