Except when otherwise specifically provided in individual Rates named
NRAs governed by this Tariff  or assessorial charges of this Tariff,
the rates and charges named in this Tariff and NRAs subject to this
Tariff do NOT include mechanical refrigeration, heater, insulated or
ventilated container service prior to, during, or after through
transportation service.  NRA Rates specifically quoted as including
such protective services will be subject to the provisions of Rule 2.7
(Prior Booking) and will apply ONLY when Carrier is able to obtain and
provide proper and sufficient equipment to transport shipment as required.
