   Shippers, competing Carriers and other parties interested
   in accessing this Tariff may do so by making arrangements
   with the Tariff Publisher listed below for access.
     
   In the event the internet Tariff is inaccessible
   due to an equipment breakdown, telecommunications
   emergency or for any other reason whatsoever, an
   official electronic copy of the Carrier's Tariff may be

   wishing to review the Tariff MUST schedule an
