Except when otherwise specifically provided in an individual
NSA or in a specific assessorial charge of this Tariff, the
rates and charges named in a governed NSA do NOT include
mechanical refrigeration, heater, insulated or ventilated
container service prior to, during, or after through
transportation service.  Rates specifically including such
protective services will be subject to the provisions of
Rule 2.7 (Prior Booking) and will apply ONLY when
Carrier is able to obtain and provide proper and sufficient
equipment to transport shipment as required.
