Except as otherwise provided in individual governed NSAs or
the Rules of this Tariff, Rates and Charges published
to apply "PC40" apply ONLY on full-containerload shipments
transported in standard forty (40'x8'6") foot containers.
When rates or charges for other standard-sized containers
are not otherwise specified in a governed NSA or Rule,
freight and/or charges will be calculated utilizing the
formulas below.
 
a. Standard twenty (20'x8'6") containers shall be
   rated at 75% (seventy-five percent) of the applicable
   PC40 rate, rounded up to the nearest one ($1.00) dollar.
 
b. High-Cube forty (40'x9'6") containers shall be
   rated at 112.5% (one-hundred and twelve and a half
   percent) of the applicable PC40 rate, rounded up to the
   nearest one ($1.00) dollar.
