This Tariff is issued in conformity with 46 CFR 531.9 and
contains all the NVO Service Arrangement Essential Terms of
Walker International Transportation, LLC.  The provisions
set forth in each of the specific NVO Service Arrangement
Essential Terms named in this Tariff shall specify the
following information:
    
  1. Scope of NSA (Origins & Destinations)
  2. Commodities
  3. Minimum Quantity or Volume
  4. Duration of the NSA
