Except as otherwise provided in individual NRAs, or on individual Web
Rate Pages in a Rate Tariff governed by this Tariff, when due to no fault,
negligence or error on the part of the Carrier, a loaded Container must be
held in a Container Yard before it can be delivered to a Rail Ramp or pier
facility at POL located in the United States; OR, must be held in a
Container Yard before the Consignee can/will accept delivery for movement
to a destination in the United States, Carrier will assess the Container
Yard Storage Charge shown below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
