a. INLAND PICKUP/DELIVERY CHARGES ON FCL SHIPMENTS:
   When Carrier is requested to provide inland transportation service
   from or to a Shipper's or Consignee's premises (Door service) at a
   point in the United States and further Carrier has been requested to
   issue a B/L showing the Shipper's premises as the Place of Receipt or
   to issue a B/L showing the Consignee's premises as the place of
   delivery, Carrier will provide an NRA specifying such Door Service to
   the Shipper for signature or will file the appropriate Door Service Rate
   on a web rate page in Carrier's Rate Tariff governed by this Tariff,
   which rate will include such inland (Door) services (either as an
   additional charge listed therein or as included in Carrier's
   transportation service).  However, such inland, Door Service will be SBJ
   to all appplicable Free Time and Detention or Demurrage Charges, which
   charges shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
  
b. PICK UP/DELIVERY WAITING TIME AND CHARGES:
   On FCL shipments moving on a Door Origin or Destination Service Rate
   (See Rule 2.1), which is picked up from or delivered to a Point in the
   United States, Carrier will allow the Free Time shown below for door
   service to be completed.  If Carrier's designated trucker is delayed at
   the pickup or delivery site beyond the Free Time below, Carrier will
   assess the detenton charge specified below per each hour, or fraction
   thereof, for all Waiting Time incurred in excess of the specified Free
   Waiting Time, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
   charges.  Waiting Time will be calculated from the Time Carrier's
   designated driver arrives at Shipper's or Consignee's premises until the
   time Carrier's Driver is released by Shippier or Consignee to depart.
