Carrier will assess a fee of USD125.00 per shipment which includes
the preparation of the Shippers's Export Declaration when applicable.  
  
Forwarding Service Guaranteed:
  
Ocean Carrier provides 24/7 Instant Service with a response time of 
ten (10) minutes to clients who request information or who issue
instructions to their Personal Account Manager during regular business
hours or to a Senior Service Supervisor after regular business hours.
  
Should the Carrier fail to perform within the ten (10) minutes and the
account files written notice of such failure within thirty (30) days of
such failure to the carrier.
  
The carrier will waive forwarding related fees for up to 30 days
following the failure described herein.  The client must have a
mutually signed Service Protocol established and the service failure
must be confirmed by Trans American Global Trade Services LLC.
  
These fees would be equivalent to the Carriers' Export Freight
Forwarding Fee per Bill of Lading.
