The minimum charge per Bill of Lading, unless otherwise
provided, shall be:

A. Export Cargo from U.S.

    From West Coast               : $125.00
    From Atlantic & Gulf-allwater : $135.00
    From Atlantic & Gulf-MLB      : $135.00
    From IPI                      : $155.00
    From Puerto Rico/Virgin Island : $155.00

B. Import Cargo into U.S.

    To West Coast                 : $125.00
    To Atlantic & Gulf-allwater   : $135.00
    To Atlantic & Gulf-MLB        : $135.00
    To IPI                        : $155.00
    To Puerto Rico/Virgin Island  : $155.00

Note 1: Prorated Bill of Lading for Cargo moving at the per
        container rates will be exempted from the minimum
        Bill of Lading charges.

     2. The above minimum charges for one Bill of Lading,
        unless otherwise specified, apply to freight rates
        only and are subject to the additional charges or
        surcharges set forth in this tariff.
