A. Carrier has posted a Surety Bond in the amount of
$50,000 with the Federal Maritime Commission as required
by 46 CFR part 583.4. to insure the financial
responsibility of the carrier for the payment of any
judgement for damages arising from Carrier's
transportation-related activities and any order for
reparations issued pursuant to section 11 of the Shipping
Act of 1984 or penalties assessed under section
of the Shipping Act of 1984, as amended.

B. Carrier has designated the following as legal/resident
agent in the United States as required by 46 CFR Part
583.5 for the receipt of judicial and administrative
process, including subpoenas:

2. If the designated legal agent cannot be served
because of death, disability or unavailability, the
Secretary, Federal Maritime Commission, will be
deemed to be the legal agent for service of
process.
3. Service of administrative process, other than
subpoenas, may be effected upon the legal agent by
mailing a copy of the documents to be served by
certified or registered mail, return receipt
requested.
