A. Except as otherwise provided, Shipper must furnish all
   documents required to export cargo from country of
   origin, to import cargo into country of destination, or
   to transport cargo throughout countries between origin
   and destination.

B. EXPORT FORM THE UNITED STATES : Description of
   commodities shall be uniform on all copies of the Bill
   of United States Export Declaration and foreign Consular
   the shipment.  The Carrier Shall verify the Bill of
   Lading description with the validated by U.S.Export
   Declaration. Amendments in the description of the
   commodities will be accepted only if validated by United
   States Customs. If shipments are not covered by a
   Shipper's Export Declaration, as permitted by Export
   Control regulations, Shippers must insert the applicable
   commodity Schedule B number in the Line Copy of the Bill
   of Lading.

C. IMPORT INTO THE UNITED STATES: Description of
   commodities shall be uniform on all copies of the Bill
   of Lading and must be conformity with Customs Declaration
   or Customs Entry and consular Documents.
   Amendments in the description of the commodities will be
   accepted only when supported by customs Declaration or
   Customs Entry and Consular Documents.

D. Trade names are not acceptable commodity descriptions.
   shippers are required to declare their commodities by
   their generally accepted generic or common name.
