Except as otherwise provided on an individual Web Rate Page (TLI), all
shipments of containerized cargo moving on the Rates named in this
Tariff applying FROM or THRU a POL in the United States Destined TO be
discharged at any Port in the People's Republic of China (PRC) named
below, will be SBJ to the CHINA CUSTOMS ADVANCE MANIFEST FEE (CCAM)
named herein.  The CCAM will apply on all containerized cargo discharged
at the PRC ports named below, including containerized cargo discharged
at the PRC Ports named below which are transshipped for delivery at any
other PRC Port.  The CCAM charge named herein does NOT apply on cargo in
containers which remain on Board the transporting Vessel (FROB) at the
PRC Ports named below.  The charge named herein will be assessed to
cover compliance with the People's Republic of China General Customs
House Decree No. 172 requiring the electronic reporting of all vessel
manifests no later than 24 hours prior to vessel loading at POL.
Finally, this charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
  
1. On LCL shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO/THRU the
   named Ports IN China the applicable CCAM will be as follows:

2. On FCL shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO/THRU the
   named Ports in China the applicable CCAM will be as follows:

CCAM CORRECTIONS: If for any reason, other than Carrier's error or
omission, any correction and/or amendment is made to the data that was
already transmitted and reported to Chinese Customs, Carrier will
assess the CCAM CORRECTION/AMENDMENT FEE named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
