a. Carrier maintains an electronic copy of this Tariff in
   conformity with 46 CFR 520, as amended at
   www.ratewave5.com. Shippers, competing Carriers and other
   parties interested in accessing this Tariff may do so
   either thru subscription on a yearly basis (cost is
   $1000.00 per year and must be prepaid to the Carrier at
   the address found in the "Tariff Record") - OR - by
   making payment or the amount specified in the access
   screen at the time of accessing thru credit card charge
   or by making telephone arrangements with the party listed
   at the end of this Rule.
     
   In the event the internet Tariff is inaccessible
   due to an equipment breakdown, telecommunications
   emergency or for any other reason whatsoever, an
   official electronic copy of the Carrier's Tariff may be
   viewed at the offices of RateWave Tariff Services, Inc.
   located at the address listed below.  A charge of $50.00
   per hour will be assessed by such Tariff Publisher for
   all time utilized in accessing the Tariff.  Individuals
   wishing to review the Tariff MUST schedule an
   appointment with the Tariff Publisher on not less than 2
   hours notice.  Appointments may be made for any time
   between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on any Monday
   thru Friday other than on official government holidays.
