The Rules, Regulations, Rates and Charges named in this
Tariff apply to all transshipment arrangements between
Sunmar Shipping, Inc. and the participating connecting or
feeder Carriers named below.  Every participating
connecting or feeder Carrier which is a party to
transshipment arrangements with Sunmar Shipping, Inc. has
agreed to observe the Rules, Regulations, Rates, Charges
and Routing established in this Tariff as evidenced by a
connecting Carrier agreement between the parties.
         
a. THROUGH RATES:  The through rate applicable on shipments
   moving from and to the ports or points specified in
   paragraph b. below shall be the published rate specified
   in the TLIs named in this Tariff.
       
b. ROUTING PROVISIONS:
       
  1. U.S. Origin(s): Ports and Points in Alaska
     Transshipment Port(s): Seattle, WA
     Delivering Carrier: Atlantic Container Line
     Foreign Destination(s): Ports in the United Kingdom
       
  2. U.S. Origin(s): Ports and Points in Alaska
     Transshipment Port(s): Seattle, WA
     Delivering Carrier: Hyundai Merchant Marine, Ltd.
     Foreign Destiantion(s): Ports in Hong Kong; Keelung,
        Taiwan; Busan, Korea; and Kobe, Osaka, Tokyo and
        Yokohama, Japan
