I. STORAGE OF LCL SHIPMENTS:
a. Except as otherwise provided on an individual web rate page (TLI),
   when, due to no fault, negligence or error on the part of the
   Carrier, or their agent, OR at the specific request of Shipper or
   Consignee, or their agent, an LCL Shipment is held at Carrier's
   nominated origin or destination CFS, warehouse or terminal beyond the
   Free Time specified herein because:
  i. Shipper's instructions, documentation, clearance, release, or
     Cargo markings (See Rule 2.9) have not been provided or received; or
 ii. Cargo is held at the request of a Shipper; or
iii. Cargo is held because of Consignee's refusal or inability to accept
     delivery; or
 iv. Cargo is held while awaiting Consignee's delivery instructions,
     customs clearance, or import documentation; or
  v. Sola Transport Agency or its agent cannot locate Consignee; or
 vi.  because of any other reason not ascribable to the Carrier,
  and as a result the Cargo remains in Carrier's nominated CFS, warehouse
  or terminal, beyond the specified Free Time herein, such LCL shipment
  will be SBJ to the terms and provisions named herein and will be SBJ to
  the per Diem STORAGE CHARGES (STOR) provided herein.  All STOR Charges
  will be in additional to all other applicable charges.
  
  1. When a shipment is held beyond the allotted Free Time specified herein
     due to a request by the Shipper, the Consignee or their agent, the
     Shipment will incur per diem STOR Charges on the day following the
     expiration of Free Time (as shown herein).  Free Time will commence on
     the day Cargo is received at origin CFS, terminal or warehouse
     location, regardless of when Cargo is required to be held.
  
  2. Per Diem storage Charges, when applicable, will be assessed per each
     calendar day, or fraction thereof, up to date Cargo is released from
     Storage.
  
  3. Carrier will refuse to deliver or release any Cargo which has accrued
     STOR Charges if such Charges have not been guananteed or been paid. 
     Shipper may contract for delivery, or receive the cargo at
     Carrier's terminal facility, when, and only when, the per diem
     storage Charges have been paid in full or payment has been guaranteed. 
  
  4. Perishable goods, or goods which are susceptible to damage through
     temperature changes or other causes incident to storage, will be
     accepted for storage solely at Shipper's/Consignee's risk and
     Shipper/Consignee MUST indemnify and hold Sola harmless from any and
     all liability and expense for any damages that result from storage
     conditions unless such damage can be demonstrated to be the result of
     negligence on the part of Sola or its agent.
  
  5. After the expiration of Free Time provided herein, Sola shall be under
     no obligation to store Cargo at its nominated CFS, terminal or
     warehouse location and, absent any instructions by Shipper, Consignee
     or their agent, such Cargo may be considered abandoned and removed
     from Sola's nominated facility.
  
b. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED CARGO:
  1. If cargo cannot be delivered because of the Consignee's refusal or
     inability to accept it or because Sola, or its agent, cannot locate
     Consignee, Sola, or its agent, will make a diligent effort to notify
     the Shipper, or their agent, accordingly.
  
  2. If Sola is not given satisfactory disposition instructions by the
     Shipper, Consignor or their agent, or if satisfactory financial
     guarantees for payment of all charges due are not made, after Carrier
     has provided notice of Cargo's status as unclaimed or refused, Carrier
     will consider the cargo abandoned and it will be removed from
     Carrier's nominated CFS, terminal or warehouse for disposal.
  
c. PER DIEM STORAGE CHARGES:
  
   LCL shipments moving FROM, TO or THRU Ports and Points in the United
   States, and the Ports and Points named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4, will be SBJ
   to the applicable LCL Per Diem STOR Charge below when LCL cargo remains
   at a Carrier's nominated origin or destination CFS, warehouse or terminal
   beyond the Free Time specified:

II. STORAGE OF FCL SHIPMENTS:
   Except as otherwise provided on an individual Web Rate Page Item,
   when due to no fault, negligence or error on the part of the Carrier,
   a loaded Container is held at Carrier's nominated depot or terminal,
   beyond any Free Time specified on the Web Rate Page making reference
   hereto, before it can be delivered to a Rail Ramp, a Container Yard,
   or pier facilities at POL; OR, is held at Carrier's nominated depot or
   terminal, beyond any Free time specified on the Web Rate Page making
   reference hereto, before the Consignee can/will accept delivery,
   Carrier will assess the Storage Charges published on the Web Rate Page
   Item making reference hereto, which charge shall be in addition to
   all other applicable charges.
