PROVISIONS AND CHARGES NAMED HEREIN APPLY WHEN, AND ONLY WHEN,
SPECIFIC REFERENCE IS MADE HERETO
When specific reference is made hereto by Rule No. on a Web Rate Page,
Rates SBJ to TFDV Charges will be SBJ to the CITY TRANSFER/DELIVERY CHARGES
(TFDV) named in the Table shown below. Charge will apply when Carrier is
requested or required to perform the services described below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable freight rates and charges.
This is an EXCEPTION to Rule 2.1.: Carrier's Door Service at Destination
INCLUDES Transfer or Delivery of Cargo to a Shipper or Consignee
designated Terminal or point within the Panama City Commercial Area, when
the requested or required service is to include delivery to the Interior of
Consignee's designated terminal or premises, PROVIDED Carrier's designated
Trucker/Agent has free and direct access at Consignee's designated location
which allows an inside delivery to be accomplished. Inside Delivery does
NOT include unpacking, erecting, inspection of property or any other such
similar services.
The City Transfer/Delivery Charge in the table below will be calculated and
assessed at the per CFT Charge or per lb. Charge, whichever produces the
greater revenue.
