are SBJ to the applicable BUNKER FUEL SURCHARGE (BAF) named below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges (See NOTE 1).

       USD 0.35 per cft or USD 0.01 per 1 lbs.,
           whichever produces the greater revenue.
           SBJ to a Minimum Charge of USD25.00 per B/L
