Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages, all Small
Packages, as defined herein (See Note A), that are received by Carrier at
its nominated CFS for consolidation into Carrier's Container destined to
the Ports or Points named below, will be received for Shipment and/or
stored at Carrier's CFS SBJ to the SMALL PACKAGE ORIGIN RECEIVING CHARGE
(SORC) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
  
NOTE A: Small Packages are defined as any carton, package or envelope
  received from a courier/mail service (such as but not limited to: FEDEX,
  UPS, USPS) weighing not more than 50 lbs. SBJ to Rule 2.9.
  
Small Packages, as defined in Note A above, received by Carrier at its
nominated CFS in South Florida destined to any foreign destination named
in Rules 1.3 or 1.4 will be SBJ to all applicable freight rates and
surcharges named in this Tariff AND, in addition, will be SBJ to the SORC
named below.

     NOTE B: South Florida is defined as all points in Florida south of
      the Everglades Parkway.
     NOTE C: Small Packages will be granted a maximum of 21 days Free time
      for storage in Carrier's CFS.  If carton, package or envelope
      remains at Carrier's CFS waiting for Shipper instructions, Customs
      clearance, Documentation of any type, or for any reason other than
      Carrier's convenience, Carrier will assess the Storage Charge named
      above per day or fraction thereof; EXCEPT if carton, package or
      envelope is to be consolidated into/onto a larger shipment or
      pallet destined to the same port or point, Carrier will grant 30
      days storage Free Time before storage charges apply.
