Filing Codes IC

Sola Transport Agency, Inc., a non-vessel-operating common carrier (NVOCC)
may tender cargo to other NVOCCs (a Receiving NVOCC) for co-loading at its
option, risk and expense, SBJ to the provisions named below. For the
purposes of this Rule, "Co-Loading" is the combining of cargo, in the
import or export foreign commerce of the United States, by 2 (two) or more
NVOCCs for tendering to a Vessel Operating Ocean Common Carrier (VOCC)
under the name of 1 (one) or more of the NVOCCs.

a. When Carrier enters into a joint carrier-to-carrier co-loading
agreement with another NVOCC, Carrier reserves the right, at its
option, to tender all, or any portion, of a Shipper's cargo to such
other NVOCC who will then provide all, or any portion, of the thru
   transportation to destination.

b. Carrier reserves the right, at its option, to tender cargo to another
NVOCC under a Shipper-to-Carrier relationship to accomplish all, or any
   portion, of the thru transportation.

c. It is understood and agreed that when Carrier tenders cargo to, and
when applicable accepts a B/L issued by, a receiving NVOCC for
co-loaded cargo, such action shall NOT increase, reduce, alter or
otherwise remove Carrier's liability to the Shipper for cargo tendered
to Carrier. Carrier's liablity shall be and shall remain as stated in
Carrier's B/L issued at the time of shipment (See Rule 8), or at
Shipper's option as provided in Rule 12 (Ad Valorem).

d. When Carrier tenders cargo to another NVOCC for co-loading, whether
under a Carrier-to-Carrier agreement, or as a Shipper, the Carrier's
B/L will indicate in a clear and legible manner that the Shipment has
been co-loaded with a receiving NVOCC. At Carrier's option, Carrier
may identify such receiving NVOCC by its Standard Carrier Alpha Code
(SCAC) as indicated in the Directory of Standard Carrier Alpha Codes,
NMF 101 (including reissues thereof), issued by the National Motor
   Freight Traffic Association, Inc.

e. The exercising of its option to utilize co-loading service does NOT
alter or relieve Carrier of any responsibility for the payment of all
underlying Carrier or receiveing NVOCC rates and charges assessed for
any portion of the thru transportation and/or handling of the cargo
   from origin to destination.
