Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages, all shipments
moving on the rates named in this Tariff FROM/THRU Ports and Points in the
United States TO/THRU the ports and points named below are SBJ to the PEAK
SEASON SURCHARGE (PSS) named below, which charge shall be in addition to
all other applicable charges.
    
PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE:
a. FROM/THRU: Ports and Points in the United States
   TO/THRU:   Ports in PANAMA
   ARE SBJ to a PSS of:
        
  i. On LCL, AQ or Lumpsum rated shipments:
           USD 0.25 per CFT or
           USD 0.01 per LB., whichever produces the greater revenue;
{CA}       SBJ to a M/C of USD 10.00 per B/L.
         
 ii. On FCL rated shipments:
           NONE CURRENTLY IN EFFECT
