Except as otherwise provided in an individual NRA, or on a Web Rate Page in a Rate Tariff governed by this Tariff, when required, Shipper MUST furnish, or arrange for the preparation of, all Pest Risk Analysis Documentation (PRA) required to export cargo from country of origin, to import cargo into country of destination, or to transport cargo through other countries between origin and destination. In all instances Shipper, Consignee and their Agent shall hold Carrier harmless from, and will be jointly and severally liable for, all fines or penalties assessed by any Customs Agency or any other governmental agency for lack of, or for any errors, omissions, mis-declarations or inaccuracies in, any PRA documentation whether intentional or not, as well as for any resulting forfeiture of the cargo. Upon specific request of the Shipper, Carrier will arrange to obtain required PRA documentation and will advance the charges incurred therefore SBJ to Rule 2.11 (Advance Charges Rule).
