TOFC/COFC Ramp or Shipper's Premises at Port or Point of Origin TO Pier
Facilities, Carrier's Termianls, Rail Carrier's TOFC/COFC Ramp, or
Consignee's Premises at Port or Point of Destination, VIA Local Direct
Ocean or Through Service, or Joint Motor/Ocean, Rail/Ocean or
Motor/Rail/Ocean Service, subject to the terms, provisions and limitations
named in the Rules found in Serviport Marine Solutions, LLC. general Rules
and Regulations Tariff 001, as well as the Rules, Surcharges and
Assessorial Charges named in this Tariff.
