NRAs SBJ to this Tariff, all shipments moving on the rates and Charges
named in this Tariff, or in NSAs SBJ to this Tariff, are SBJ to the
DESTINATION TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES (THC) provided below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
