Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs (Web Rate Pages), or in
Service Contracts SBJ to this Tariff, all shipments moving on the rates and
are SBJ to the ORIGIN TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES (THC) provided below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
   
ORIGIN TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES (OTHC) apply on shipments:
  
a. On LCL or non-containerized cargo shipments:
  
      NONE Currently In Effect
  
b. On FCL shipments FROM/THRU Puerto Cortes, Honduras:
  
      USD 235.00 on 20 ft. equipment
      USD 235.00 on 40 ft. or longer equipment
      USD 235.00 on 45 ft. equipment
  
      USD 470.00 on 40 ft. Reefer equipment
      USD 470.00 on 40 ft. Non-Operating Reefer equipment
  
b. On FCL shipments FROM/THRU Port Everglades, FL:
  
      USD 450.00 on 20 ft. equipment
      USD 450.00 on 40 ft. or longer equipment
      USD 450.00 on 45 ft. equipment
  
      USD 550.00 on 40 ft. Reefer equipment
      USD 550.00 on 40 ft. Non-Operating Reefer equipment
