Except when otherwise specifically provided in individual Rate Tariff
TLIs in this Tariff, or in assessorial charges named in this Tariff, or
in any Service Contract governed by this Tariff, the rates and charges
named in a  Rate Tariff TLI or a Service Contract governed by this
Tariff, do NOT include mechanical refrigeration, heater, insulated or
ventilated container service prior to, during, or after through
transportation service.  Rates specifically including such protective
will apply ONLY when Carrier is able to obtain and provide proper and
sufficient equipment to transport shipment as required.
