Premises at Port or Point of Origin TO Carrier's Terminal, Ship Side,
Rail Carrier's TOFC/COFC Ramp, or Consignee's Premises at Port or Point
of Destination, VIA Local Direct Ocean or Through Service, or Joint
Motor/Ocean, Rail/Ocean or Motor/Rail/Ocean Service, subject to the
terms, provisions and limitations named in the SubRules to Rule 2
provided herein.
