Except as otherwise provided herein, Carrier will assess the
ADMINISTRATION SURCHARGE/FEE named below on all LCL Shipments of the
Commodities listed herein which are tendered to the Carrier for
transportation via its regular NVOCC Service, and which are rated
pursuant to a governed NSA.  This charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
  
a. All LCL shipments of Lithium Metal or Lithium-Ion Batteries [UN3090,
   UN3091, UN3480 OR UN3481, meeting Special Provision 188(SP188) of the
   IMDG Code], as well as, all other General Batteries handled as
   Non-Hazardous Cargo, which are tendered to Carrier for transportation
   and which are handled as Non-Hazardous Batteries (Non-DG), AND which
   cargo requires prior confirmation, application and loading
   authorization from the transporting Ocean Carrier will be SBJ to the
   Non-DG Battery Adinistration Fee listed below:
