Except as otherwise provided in individual NSAs SBJ to this Tariff as
specified in the Exceptions named in paragraph 3. herein, all shipments
moving on the rates named in a governed NSA from and to the ports and
points specified herein are SBJ to the EMERGENCY BUNKER SURCHARGE
(EFS/EBAF) provided below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges:
A. On shipments of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Cargo, EXCLUDING
HouseHold Goods and Personal Effects; TO/THRU Ports and Points in
the United States as specified below:
