Labor Strikes or other disruptions of Port Operations at the United States
Ports named below, all shipments moving on any rate applicable To or Thru
such Ports, will be SBJ to the EMERGENCY DESTINATION CHARGE (EDC) provided
herein, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
