Unless otherwise specifically referenced in an individual NSA, All shipments
moving on a rate named in a governed NSA FROM the POL named below will also
apply from FROM Oota, Japan, when such shipments are transported from Oota
to the POLs provided herein, and will also be SBJ to the additional OOTA
PORT ARBITRARY CHARGE (PCG-OTA) provided herein, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges (including Surcharges applying

    named to apply from the POL Port CFS named below, when such shipments
