Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA SBJ to this Rules Tariff,
when Shipper (NSA Signatory) requests or requires Carrier to provide a
faster delivery time, as specified in Rule 2.1.II,b.3.E, to the B/L
destination place of delivery at any point named below, Carrier will 
arrange such SXP service SBJ to Shipper's/Consignee's prior approval of,
and acceptance of, the SXP SERVICE SUrCHARGE named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable freight and charges.
  
a. Upon Shipper prior approval of, and acceptance of, the Surcharge named
   below, Carrier will provide the SXP Service named in Rule 2.1.II.b.c.E,
   SBJ to the SXP charge named below, unless an other charge has been
   specified in the NSA governed by this rules Tariff or in paragraph b.

b. EXCEPTIONS:
     Shipments moving on the NSAs named below include (are NSbj to)
      the SXP named herein, or are SBJ to the SXP named herein, or are SBJ
      to the SXP specified, unless and until an amendment hereto removes
      this Exception:

     LCL Shipments FROM Japan Base Ports ARE SBJ to an SXP of USD240 per 1
     cbm or 500 kgs, as freighted.
  
    NSA YSLX21035- This NSA Expires with 30 April 2022 {5}
     LCL Shipments FROM Japan Base Ports TO Chicago (Via Los Angeles) ARE SBJ
     to an SXP of USD400 per 1 cbm or 500 kgs, as freighted.
  
    NSA YSLX21073 - This NSA Expires with 30 April 2022 {1}
     LCL Shipments FROM Japan Base Ports TO Chicago (Via Los Angeles) ARE SBJ
     to an SXP of USD400 per 1 cbm or 500 kgs, as freighted.
