Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, when an underlying VOCC
requires payment of an additional charge in order to guarantee priority
loading service for any shipment, OR when Shipper requests priority space
allocation and loading into a Carrier consolidated Container box, AND
Shipper agrees to the payment of the charge below prior to tendering his
cargo to the Carrier, Carrier will assess the PRIORITY/GUARANTEED LOADING
SURCHARGE (PLSV) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable freight and charges.

a. EFFECTIVE 28 February 2021
   When Shipper provides prior approval of, and agrees to the payment of,
   the charge below, Carrier will arrange for Priority/Guaranteed Loading
   Service of his cargo in its Consolidate Container Box to be tendered to
   an underlying VOCC for transportation of any LCL, AQ or LS Shipment
   TO/THRU any United States POD Port, FROM/THRU any POL Port in JAPAN, and
   will assess a PLSV Charge of:

b. EFFECTIVE 29 January 2021
   When Shipper provides prior approval of, and agrees to the payment of,
   the charge below, Carrier will arrange for Priority/Guaranteed Loading
   Service of his cargo with the underlying VOCC named below to provide
   transportation of FCL Shipments TO/THRU any United States POD Port,
   FROM/THRU any POL Port in JAPAN, and will assess any PLSV Charge of such
   underlying VOCC as provided in, and SBJ to, the provisions of such
   VOCC's Federal Maritime Commission regulated Tariff or Service Contract.
  
      APPLICABLE PLSV CHARGE TO BE PASSED THROUGH AS SPECIFED IN THE
      FEDERAL MARITIME COMMISSION REGULATED TARIFF OR SERVICE CONTRACT
      OF THE VOCCs NAMED BELOW (SBJ to Note A below):

     NOTE A: Except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this
      Tariff, Seino Logix will forward any PLSV Charge assessed by the
      VOCC(s) named above for payment to the party paying freight and
      other charges without discount, markup or amendment, and which charge
      shall be in addition to all other other applicable charges.
