Except as otherwise provided In an individual NSA governed by this Tariff,
all shipments of Hazardous Cargo, as defined in Rule 16, moving on a rate 
named in a governed NSA applying to Hazardous Cargo from the POL 
named below will also apply to Hazardous Cargo Shipments originating in 
Moji, Japan which is transshipped from Moji, Japan through Carrier's 
nominated Terminal in the POL named, SBJ to the HAZARDOUS CARGO 
MOJI ARBITRARY (HAZ-MJI) provided in Paragraphs a. or be. herein, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
      
When specific reference is made to this Surcharge in an individual NSA,
all Shipments of Non-Hazardous Cargo FROM the POL named below will also
apply to Non-Hazardous Cargo Shipments originating in Moji, Japan which
is transshipped from Moji, Japan through Carrier's nominated Terminal in
the POL named, SBJ to the NON-HAZARDOUS CARGO MOJI ARBITRARY (NHZ-MJI)
provided in Paragraph c. herein, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges:
   
a. LCL Shipments of Hazardous Cargo FROM MOJI, JAPAN will be rated at the
    LCL rates named to apply from the POL Ports named below, when such 
    shipments are transshipped from Moji through the POLs provided below,
    SBJ to the HAZ-MJI provided; additionally rates published as applying 
    directly from Moji which are transshipped through the POL named below
    will also be SBJ to the HAZ-MJI provided:
