When specific reference is made to the discount named in this Rule
in an NSA that is a governed by this Tariff (as indicated by NSA number
below), all shipments of LCL Consolidated Cargo moving on a rate to the
Carrier's Nominated CFS at the destination indicated, which is
transported to destination CFS via the service indicated will be SBJ to
the discount named herein, which charge shall be a deduction from the
otherwise applicable Ocean freight; all other applicabe charges shall
still be assessed.

a. Shipments of LCL CONSOLIDATED CARGO moving to the Carrier's nominated
    CFS shown below will be granted the discount below when cargo is
    unloaded from ocean container in Carrier's nominated terminal in LAX
    Destination Port area so that cargo must be trucked to the
    Destination CFS which has been transported on a through SLGX House
    B/L to Destination CFS.
