Except as otherwise provided in individual governed NSAs, or the
Exceptions listed below, the Minimum Charge for a single shipment
moving on a single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE of all additional
Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or Surcharges named in this
Tariff or in an individual NSA will be the applicable charge for a
single freight ton of cargo.
 
EXCEPTIONS:
  Shipments moving on the NSAs named below include (are NSbj to)
   the M/C named herein, or may be SBJ to the M/C herein or a M/C
   amount shown, unless and until an amendment hereto removes this
   Exception:
  
  NSA OSLX19004 - This NSA EXPIRES with 31 May 2020
    Shipments of Hazardous Cargo From Nagoya To NY Destination Group
    (Via All-Water Service) ARE SBJ to a M/C of USD550.00 per B/L.
