to the Ports/Points specified below are SBJ to the Bunker
Surcharge (BAF) named below:
     
1. BETWEEN: Ports and Points in the United States on the
     one hand
   AND, On the Other: Ports and Points in Israel
    
  a. On LCL or non-containerized cargo shipments:
  
         $ 17.00 W/M, as freighted, SBJ to a Minimum Charge
                   of US$17.00 per B/L.
     
  b. On FCL shipments:
   
{CE}   EXPIRES with 14 September 2006
         $ 287.00 on 20 ft. equipment
         $ 574.00 on 40 ft. or longer equipment
{R}    EFFECTIVE 15 September 2006
         $ 283.00 on 20 ft. equipment
         $ 566.00 on 40 ft. or longer equipment
