Facilities, Carrier's Termianls, Rail Carrier's TOFC/COFC Ramp, or
Consignee's Premises at Port or Point of Destination, VIA Local Direct
Ocean or Through Service, or Joint Motor/Ocean, Rail/Ocean or
Motor/Rail/Ocean Service, subject to the terms, provisions and limitations
named in the Rules found in Shenzhen C-Ocean International Shipping Company
Limited general Rules and Regulations Tariff 001, as well as the Rules,
Surcharges and Assessorial Charges named in this Tariff.
