When as a result of the weight of cargo and container, use of special
Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment is required to move container on land,
Carrier will provide, or arrange to provide, such Tri-Axle Chassis
Equipment and assess the Tri-Axle Chassis Usage Charge (TRIX) named on
the Web Rate Page (TLI) making Reference hereto, which charge shall be
in addition to all other applicable charges.
