       PROVISIONS AND CHARGES NAMED IN THIS RULE APPLY ONLY
      WHEN SPECIFIC REFERENCE IS MADE HERETO BY RULE NUMBER.
    
When specific reference is made hereto on an individual Web Rate Page
(TLI), any FCL shipment, moving on the rate making reference hereto,
for which Carrier is required to remove an empty or loaded container
from a Container Yard, Rail Ramp or Pier Facility a day earlier than
would be done under normal operations, so that such Container can be
delivered to the Shipper's or Consignee's premises at any point in
the United States for any reason other than Carrier's convenience,
including but not limited to, Shipper's or Consignee's required or
scheduled pickup or delivery time, availability of the Container,
the Container Facility's hours of operation, or the nature of the
commodity, Carrier will assess the Next Day Pickup/Delivery Charge
shown below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
