      WHEN SPECIFIC REFERENCE IS MADE HERETO BY RULE NUMBER.
    
When specific reference is made hereto on an individual Web Rate Page
(TLI), any FCL shipment, moving on the rate making reference hereto,
loaded in COL or underlying VOCC Containers, whether Carrier loaded or
Shipper loaded, to which a security seal must be affixed, whether
requested by Shipper, Consignee or required by any other authorized
party, such FCL shipment will be SBJ to the CONTAINER SECURITY SEAL
CHARGE (SEAL) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
